Terms and returns

1. General terms of sales
1.1. The general terms of sale between the clients of the site (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and the owner of the registered domain – Miker Trading OÜ (hereinafter referred to as
1.2. The general terms and conditions of sale are in accordance with the valid legal regulations in the Republic of Estonia. The parties are guided by information on products, price list and purchase information.

2. Prices

2.2. With respect to the Client’s specific order, the valid prices are those effective at at the time of purchase.
2.3. reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of sale and prices of products in order to be efficient, competitive in its operations, reorganizing or changing the product range.
2.4. Delivery outside of European Union, may attract additional charges, such as import duties and/ or levies, which are not included to the sales price. Such additional charges to be born by the Client.

3. Order placement
3.1. The Client’s shopping basket is created when the Client clicks the “Add to basket” link.
3.2. Adding goods to the shopping cart does not oblige the Client to make a purchase.
3.3 The client can change the quantity in the basket of goods and, if necessary, delete its contents.
3.4. The item in the shopping cart is available to other Clients until the order is confirmed.
3.5. When placing an order, the Client chooses a suitable delivery method. Correctly and fully provided contact information will allow you to avoid delays, misunderstandings and possible additional costs for the delivery of goods.
3.6. Displayed product photos are illustrative and may differ from the actual product. will do its best to display the product descriptions as precisely as possible, despite that the e-store product descriptions may not be exhaustive and may contain unintended errors.
3.7. The Client selects the desired products and is subsequently obligated to enter the information (surname, forename, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, postal index) required for completing the order and shall pay for the products via the provided bank link or a bank transfer.
3.8. The Client is obligated to provide true information required for completing the order. will not be held accountable for an unfulfilled order or any consequences related to incorrect information supplied by the Client.

4. Payment for the order
4.1. The order can be paid via a bank link, which is located at the end of the order or by bank transfer to the account of Miker Trading OÜ.

5. Delivery Time and Terms of Delivery
5.1. The Client has the right to choose between different options for product delivery.
5.2. The products are delivered to the Clients in Estonia in 1 to 3 workdays and abroad (EU) within 3 to 7 workdays.

6. Returns and exchange
6.1. Products purchased at can be returned within 14 days.
6.2. Returned goods must be in original packaging and unused, i.e. the product being replaced or returned must be free from damage or visual signs of use, must be in its original packaging and must have all original labels.
6.3. For returns of the productsdelivered to Estonia, returns can be made within 14 days through SmartPOST or Omniva parcel terminals using the same security code, received by SMS by the product delivery through SmartPOST/ Omniva parcel terminals. For such returns, bears the return delivery cost.
For returns of the productsdelivered to Latvia/ Lithuania, the Clients are advised to use Omniva parcel machines. The return shipments to be addressed: Keevise 13, Tallinn 11415, phone: +372 588 06 826. 
For returns of the productsdelivered to locations outside of Estonia/ Latvia/ Lithuania, the Clients can use courier service to: Keevise 13, Tallinn 11415.

6.4. Generally for product returns, the filled return template should be sent to The return template can be downloadable here (link) and then the returned product(s) properly packed should be sent according tot the instructions above within 14 days following their receipt.
6.5. The original purchase invoice must accompany the goods when they are returned.
6.6. Costs of returning the purchased products for the reasons beyond scope of service by, are borne by the Client.

8. Miscaleneous
8.1. uses Client‘s personal data only for order execution. Data is treated confidentially.
8.2. The parties shall resolve disputes arising from the execution of the Client‘s order(s) primarily through negotiations.
8.3. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the parties shall be guided by the laws and regulations valid in the Republic of Estonia.
